The price of Express Courier shipments is based on weight and dimensions. The highest of the physical weight (determined by actual weighing) and volumetric weight (volumetric weight = length x width x height in cm / 5000) will be used to calculate the dutiable weight of the shipment. Rates for standard items weighing more than 20 kg and for non-standard items include collection/delivery to/from the door. Non-standard shipments are shipments exceeding 30 kg or any size exceeding 160 cm. The additional service is charged extra according to the approved tariffs.
